Speaker of Iraqi House of Representatives Lauds Saudi Support for Iraq

Speaker of Iraqi House of Representatives Mohammed Rikan Al-Halbousi has lauded bilateral relations binding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq in various fields.

In a press statement following his meeting with the Speaker of the Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh here today, Al-Halbousi lauded the Kingdom's great role in supporting Iraq against terrorist organizations, particularly Daesh.

With regard to his talks with the Speaker of the Shura Council, Al-Halbousi disclosed that the two sides affirmed the importance of enhancing bilateral relations in all fields.
